The licence for the Sportfolios app is separate from the licence for a photograph. Die App-Lizenz ist nicht die Nutzungslizenz für die Fotos.
iPhone and iPad
The Sportfolios iOS/iPadOS app uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. No custom Apple EULA is substituted by this information page. Apple's official agreement is linked below.
Für die iOS-/iPadOS-App gilt Apples Standard-Endbenutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung. Diese Informationsseite ersetzt sie nicht durch eine eigene Apple-EULA.
Android and the Sportfolios service
The Sportfolios Terms of Service govern accounts, uploads, galleries and purchases, including use of the service through the Android app. Applicable Google Play terms and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Apple's Standard EULA applies only to the Apple app, not to Android.
Die Sportfolios-Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für Konten, Uploads, Galerien und Käufe, auch bei der Nutzung des Dienstes über die Android-App. Anwendbare Google-Play-Bedingungen und zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt. Apples Standard-EULA gilt nicht für Android.
Photographs and privacy
Downloading the app does not transfer copyright in any photograph. The licence presented with the photo offer determines the permitted use. Personal-data processing is explained separately in the privacy policy.
